As an English Bulldog, I consider myself to have the highest standards and impeccable taste.I consider, without hesitation, that Maria to be the ultimate in surrogate moms. She takes me for walks and due to my slow pace, I have concluded she has the patience of a saint! She is the foremost authority on rubbing bellies. My human mom says how responsible she is and has come through to help during last minute situations. My mommy and I trust her immensely. I also know that she has a inter-species crush on me(who can resist this face!) and i am cool with that!

"Ok, diabetes and incontinence are not everyone's favorite topic, but Maria changes my wee-wee pads & loves me up like nobody's business. She's always on time, takes me on long walks and thinks i'm sweet as sin! I do have one complaint..she won't let me eat all the chicken bones and crap I find on our walks. Oh, one more thing-she has to give me my insulin shot..she does it so well, i don't even know she's doing it!! What a pro~!!

Oh, did I mention that I live with eight other cats? The 'Others' are well taken care of by Nanny Maria, but I know I'm her favorite!! She makes me special food, keeps my hydrated & plays fetch with me!! Yeah for Maria!!

My mom sits all day in front of this thing that looks like a TV, but is boring to watch and her hands make these funny clicking noises.She claims to be 'working' but she doesn't look like she does much.She does not get to leave our home very much, so neither do I. I'm so happy that Maria comes and takes me for a long walk. If am a good girl(which is always!) I get a special treat when we get home. Maria is my best pal!!
